He worked very diligently, timely and was meticulous about cleaning up after the front yard sprinkler line repair. He gave sound advice and made good recommendations. "Mr, Murillo and his worker did a good job and left the area clean. They relocated the irrigation valve which was very close to the side of the house and installed a box in the ground to store the standard irrigation wire.They also poisoned a tree stump. Mr. Murillo was very helpful in answering any questions you might have had. I appreciated the work they did."

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"We have had a great rapport over the years. They know the quirks of my old home and how to fix just about anything that has been done to it (or not done to it) over the past 125 years of its existence. We have worked under a time/material agreement for smaller jobs and contracts for the larger jobs. Communication is great, they are there rain or shine and stay on the job until its done. My list has been long on getting this 'ole place fixed up and they have made it happen. I've got more to do and can't think of anyone else I would call. Thanks for the help guys!!"

"Roger and his crew did a great job of removing the old fencing and storage shed and also setting the new metal posts the same day. The following day they were on site early and installed the new fencing per the agreement. The work was very well done with good quality wood and metal posts that will not rot out. "William has completed many projects for me over the last few years, both at my primary residence as well as at my rental properties. He has also done numerous projects for my aging parents and my aunt. Like all of us, I have hired more vendors than I can count that have been disappointing on pretty much every level - some of whom I almost think I need therapy to get over. William is honestly a breath of fresh air. He shows up when he says he will, does the job efficiently and effectively, and is truly easy to work with. I am a single 49 year old woman, and I always feel extremely comfortable working with William (he literally has my house key). Many of us have had those experiences with vendors where we feel like we are either being talked down to or pushed around. As a woman I have often felt that my projects have been routinely waylaid from having to fight with toxic masculinity for zero reason; William is absolutely the opposite of those experiences and is always respectful and pleasant to be around. I routinely joke that there have been two men who have been able to say no to me in life, and to whom I will actually listen; William is one of those two. He has saved me serious amounts of money by pretty much refusing to do work that was not going to make financial sense or simply wasn't going to end up the way I envisioned it. I have never once regretted taking his advice and at this point often just ask him what he thinks will work best and then run with that. My only regret is not hiring him more frequently in the past and having had to suffer through so many other vendors and disastrous projects."
