Large shed I'm replacing and I wanted a slab. He then offered to do the shed demo and haul it all away. The total quote was very resonable so I said, "do it". He asked when I wanted it done and I said ASAP. I got a call a day later telling me they would be here tomorrow. Great crew arrived at 8:00, demoed the shed, hauled it away, cleaned and leveled the area, installed the forms and poured. They were done and gone by noon. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
