"Xtreme Irrigation & Design LLC provided a time of arrival and was early for their appointment. They were able to diagnose the issue with my sprinkler and replace the faulty sprinkler. They offered to look at the rest of my sprinklers while they were out there. Even though I didn't recognize the issue, they were able to address the future problems at a fair price. I will be using Xtreme Irrigation & Design LLC again."

"Thomas Bane is a con artist. My job was done 11/2024. 6 days later the curb and apron started crumbling at the edges. There is a pitch problem leading to water pooling and drainage into my garage. Especially terrible in the winter making an ice skating rink. Then 1 month later the spalling started everywhere and now we have a hole in the asphalt. Thomas Bane has been made aware thru text and email but refuses to show his face over here and explain why the job was pitched inproperly, poured inproperly, and obviously the asphalt is clearly laid improperly. This company royally ripped me off. No wonder he asked for cash. Less than a year later it’s all crumbling away. AVOID!"
