"Again Phil came through with amazing work! Had to redo my front walkway. Phil gave me an amazing price, started when he said he will start and did it all in 2 days. Like night and day! He has also remodeled my back yard which was a complete transformation that when I show people what it looked like before their jaw drops to the ground! And he also fix my chimney and removed tar on the side of the chimney (that the previous owner did for some unknown reason) when every other contractor told me u cant remove the tar unless you rebuild the whole chimney. "I interviewed a few people before making my decision using Rok and Iâ m glad I did. I did a complete gut renovation and he basically made my revision come to fruition. Even with the delayed/problems with renovations he always kept me informed. U told me he would always have someone at my house working and that he did. Not like the contractors Iâ ve worked with in the past that say that but then once they get the job.. the â oh someone would be thereâ and no one comes. I had a leak issue and he made it to my house 10 pm to assure it was taken of. Roc is reliable and hard working."
