"On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"This is not the review I did 4 seconds after they finished the job - this is the review 16 months after the job. Years ago, we had our windows done. Mind you, their salespeople are extraordinarily assertive, personable and charming - and rightfully so, as they will spend hours and hours in your home making and finalizing the sale, as well as closing out your project. The problem is, they talk super proudly about their lifetime transferable warranty - which "covers absolutely everything! No matter what! You can take a razor blade to the screens just because you feel like it and they will be replaced, no questions asked!" This...is not true. The warranty is like all other warranties - subject to defects and defective installation only. No coverage for wear and tear, issues due to neglect/accidents, acts of god or anything related to weather or the elements. In fact, even if you paint over it or have work done by outside companies that affect the product in any way, the warranty could be voided. It was ABSOLUTELY sold to us as though NOTHING was out of bounds as far as repair/replacement was concerned. Shame on us for not going through all the warranty info with a fine-toothed comb, but the pep rallies by the salesmen we had ( one sold us windows, the other siding/gutters/trim) really get you excited. You love these guys and totally trust them for their enthusiasm and knowledge. You would not believe how much they push that their warranty covers EVERYTHING - FOREVER! So either these guys are trained to tell us something other than the truth and don't read the warranties themselves, or they lie for the sale and keep you in their pockets until the project is over, when you never hear from them again. Any issues we called about AFTER they physically left our property, were ignored or put off until forever - such as debris from work left for over a month on our front lawn, or nails that we were promised would be picked up thoroughly using a metal detector so our child wouldn't puncture his little feet (made them come back twice and they still did a pretty terrible job - are those nails even magnetic???), or the shutters they were supposed to change out for us. The quality of the materials is extremely high. The quality of the work done was high. The customer service, when all is going great, is awesome. Once you have a complaint though, they are nearly unreachable. They don't want to hear it. You can contact customer service, but they will just leave a message with the PM (if he didn't call me back when I called him, why would he when cust. serv. reps from Wherever, USA tell him to?). Nothing but the product quality separates them from anyone else, so weigh your options. Power is NOT cheap. Bottom line - OK company, great salespeople (personality- and effectiveness-wise) and products, poor customer complaint resolution, fair cleanup (looked great, but super unhappy about finding HUNDREDS of nails in our lawn), average lifetime warranty. I put that I would hire again because YES & NO are the only options. I chose YES because I know more now and I do think they sell superior products and there are loyalty discounts. If UNDECIDED were an option I'd have chosen it. As long as everything goes great, you'll be happy. If not, best of luck to you."

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. I highly recommend Ranch Roofing, and would hire them again (but hope I won't need to for a while!)."

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. Some final words to share about my experience with the BHI team and with this home improvement project in no particular order: Customer-centric, Timely, Communicative, Knowledgeable, Consultative, Responsive, Friendly, Courteous, Fair, Neat, Transformative, Attentive, Cost-effective, Excellent work, Excellent materials, Professional, Impressive. "Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."
