"We attempted to obtain bids from two other local  providers and didn't even receive return phone calls from them.  After obtaining Terry's name from Angie's List, we telephoned Terry and he was in our home within the hour to give us an estimate.  The estimate was somewhat broad as it was not possible to determine how difficult it would be to remove the old wood flooring that had been glued to the cement slab in our kitchen-dining area. He gave us several flooring options and even assisted us at Lowe's to select appropriate material.
When it was time to start the work, Terry appeared promptly when he said he would.  He removed the old flooring, which was difficult, but worked very quickly and efficiently. The following day, he again appeared promptly and commenced installation of the new floating Pergo flooring.  He again worked quickly and was able to bring in an associate to handle a plumbing item when that became necessary.  He knows a variety of workmen in the area and has the ability to get things done.
Terry was truly professional in his manner and workmanship and we are thrilled with the results.  He was very fair in his pricing and the job came in considerably under estimate.  We would have no hesitation in referring him to friends and neighbors as he truly "delivers".  We have another project pending and he will definitely be our first contact when we are ready to proceed.  Thanks to Terry and to Angie's List for the recommendation!

"After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors."

All windows and doors look very nice and professionally installed. He left no mess for me to have to clean up. I was very impressed with his work."

"Kent Lorenzen, the owner of Elite Fencing, did an outstanding job.  An example of his professionalism that pleased me was his promptness in responding to my initial request for an estimate. He was willing to work with me in order to design the type of fence that I wanted.  He shared multiple examples via email with me and answered all my questions promptly.  I loved the design that I selected and was so pleased because I had other fence companies tell me it wouldn't work.  Once the design was determined the remaining process went smoothly with excellent communication. I always knew when they would be arriving and exactly what would be done.
The only problem encountered was a delay on the delivery of materials which was not the fault of Elite Fencing; however, when the final bill arrived, he had given me a discount because of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent, the gates installed are beautifully designed with quality hardware, the cleanup was thorough, and the total project was completed exactly as I wanted.  I am completely satisfied with the appearance of the fence and also with the courtesy displayed by his employees.  Professionalism, integrity, and pride are clearly evident in the work that he did for me.

"In an nutshell, Jarrod and the Fence Pro's team were amazing. The price was a bit higher than some of the other quotes we got, but Jarrod was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He showed up to work on our fence sooner than he said he would and finished the job exactly he said they would. We even had a few more restrictive conditions for the contract related to completion date and deposit terms that he handled gracefully. He called me when they were wrapping up so I could come take a look and see if we needed them to make any corrections and even discounted the fence when he ended up not using all the materials he thought he would need. And our fence looks amazing, to boot!

He put up a 6 feet high fence, gave us the best price, and did it on time when he said he would do it. The quality in their work really stood out and the fact that the fence was perfect that I asked for. We have rescue dogs nailed to the fence and it was imperative that this fence is escape proof. He nailed it to the ground and because of this the dogs are not getting out of here. I highly recommend Outback fencing and I would use them in the future."

"Over the last five years my waterfall has not worked properly; three different landscapers have come to fix it. Unfortunately they would "band-aid" the situation but never fix it. Then Mark arrived on the scene. The first words out his mouth were, "All of the leaves in your backyard are the same color and shape." He is passionate about landscape design. His bid came out to the penny when he was finished; no surprises. We now have a long term vision of where my yard needs to go; he will come back to do little things that tweak my yard to give it a "landscape designer" look. I can still do my "therapy gardening", but it has direction. One afternoon I arrived home, and he had stopped by to move a birdbath/water structure.( Where it was sitting destroyed the balance); then he calls to see if it is okay where it is. He makes super helpful suggestions. I had a space that needed some punch; Mark told me to go to Lowe's; their trees were discounted and would be cheaper than what he could sell one to me. (what landscaping company does this?) The crew calls before they come and then calls to see if I was satisfied with what they did. They are as polite and knowledgeable as Mark. I am high maintenance when I have anything done in my house; I'll admit it. That stress is gone when working with this company. There is not a speck of dirt on the driveway and nothing they can not fix. You can afford them; just do it and enjoy your own little piece of outdoor heaven. Oh, by the way, he likes to talk and not communicate via text and email; that says something right there.
