"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."
