The only negative is that I found patches of areas in teh yard after the job completion where the concrete guys cleaned their equipment/tools and left thin patches of concrete in the yard.. not hard to remove, just a nuisance. Other than that, all was compelted well and timely. Many folks have remarked on the new driveway and how nice it looks."

"My concrete garage floor was chipping, pot marked, and dusty, and in the past I had tried to patch it and paint it myself, but the results did not last long, and the paint would usually chip off. An Ideal Garage floor is not cheap, but it is worth the investment to get your floor done right. Brad Miller is great to work with, and he is responsive and a perfectionist. The quality of the garage floor solution is great. They diamond grind the floor smooth to prep the concrete, fill in any cracks, and even coat up the sides of the foundation to the drywall. I had my garage floor coated in "Ideal Gravel" color 5 years ago and I get many compliments from neighbors and friends on how good it looks. The coating is hard and durable, and the quality is great. It never delaminates, and I have never had "hot tire pickup" issues with it. It is easy to clean, I have spilled paint drops and they scrap right off, dirt washes off easily, and oil spills wipe off without staining. In fact, I was so happy with the garage floor that I contracted them again to coat an outdoor concrete slab on the back patio of my house this summer in the "Ideal Creekbed" tan color. "I have used them since 1979. I have a shared driveway with my neighbor with aprons in the back and we split the bill. I think we paid about $300 each. I recommend them all the time and say I have used them for years. They are reliable, give me a price and it never changes. They do great work. They are meticulous, clean and they don't get off the asphalt on the brick sidewalls. I could not say enough about them. I did some shopping last year and they were a hair more than one other company, but I went with them because of their reputation and my history with them. I gave them a choice of three days when they could do the work because we had to adjust the parking. They showed up the day they said on time. They said they would be here at 8'oclock and they were here at 8 'oclock"

"Allen Concrete Construction provided an estimate that we agreed to. The work was scheduled several months out due to the contractors work load. Allen Concrete started the work very close to the schedule date. The delay was due to weather. The driveway tear out occurred in one day followed by the concrete pour and finish the next day. The cure time was 5 days and we were using the driveway again. Allen Concrete did a complete job including barricading, soil replacement, and a thorough cleanup. We opted for the rebar to strengthen the driveway. Overall, a good price based on other bids for the work and excellent work."
