The issue was due to be fixed 2 days after inspection, however, he returned the next day due to expected rain on the original date of return. The prices quoted were reasonable and they didn't express urgency for the most expensive option. So far what's been done has been a success. "

"Edgar has done everything from tearing down and rebuilding brick stoop walls and topping with new cement toppers, repointing brickwork on the main house to repairing a very high chimney on a terra cotta roof. He also followed us to our new home in a different county and did timely repairs and topped our stone chimney and acid washed the stone fireplace inside. He is very professional and polite, does great work at a fair price. "

We determined that in order to prevent squirrels doing further damage that the nearby tree had to be trimmed back. To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project.
