"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I read other reviews for Townsley Contracting before calling Jim and I was not disappointed. He was both responsive and very helpful. We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon.
He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?"
I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two.
Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors.

"All of the people I had contact with in this business listened to my concerns and worked with in getting the job done. Mike explained the procedures talked me through them. Ethan, the project manager scheduled the team and the work began. They arrived on the date and time that was agreed and completed the work as they promised. There was no sign of the old roof nor any nails or scraps from the new roof to be found. and cleared all of the trash associated with the job. Ethan walked me through the finished project, I was very pleased with the work."

"Mike was professional, efficient and it was a pleasure working with him! He wasn't pushy and stayed true to the quote he gave us for the roof repair. The prices were very reasonable. He was able to come and diagnose it right away and completed the work quickly. We were very pleased and would definitely use Mike again!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Blue Collar Construction did on our home! They replaced our siding, front door, and windows, and the transformation is absolutely phenomenal. Our house looks like a completely different home! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, seamless, and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Everyone we worked with was friendly, reliable, and took pride in doing the job right. We are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Blue Collar Construction to anyone looking to improve their home. If you’re considering new siding, windows, or a new door, look no further! We are so glad we chose Justin and Blue Collar Construction! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome."

"It went very well. Ivan is exactly the kind of contractor that I was looking for. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. I will definitely use Ivan again and I will refer him to my friends and family.
