"Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Excellent experience overall.  Frustrations along the way were very minor, including a later than advertised start date due to jobs before us.  Before contracting with Roncor, I checked four references.  Every single one of them could not speak highly enough of Roncor, and all but one invited me over to their house to view Roncor's work. <br /> Roncor worked closely with us from the design phase, and offered a number of flexible designs in a variety of budgets.  There was never any sales pressure.  Once under contract, they were always responsive.  Another minor frustration was that the job took twice as long as they had predicted, but this was partially due to bad winter weather.  <br /> In the middle of the job, we had significant problems with window delivery from the window supplier.  Roncor went to bat for us and got us a nice refund on the windows.  The quality of the work was excellent throughout.  Whenever I had a concern, the lead carpenter responded promptly and without complaint.  All people that worked on the project were friendly, polite, and responsive.  The job site was always left very clean.  When the job was complete, there were a few minor things that they were unable to finish due to the harsh winter.  They said they'd be back in the spring to complete the work along with doing any minor repairs or patches that were needed.  We did not have to contact them this spring.  They contacted us, scheduled the work, and came out promptly and finished it. <br />"

"David came out and gave us the estimate.  He explained that the shower grout had not been properly repaired (by a different company) the last time, so that was the reason the grout was coming out from the tiles.  He explained what they would do differently so the problem would not recur.  He was very professional and yet friendly and good at explaining the process. <br /> Tim came at the appointed time, on time, and was careful about our house.  He was very personable and went over the process again for us.  He did a very thorough cleaning with a product they use and steam, and the shower and floor were very clean.  He removed the loose shower grout and cleaned up the loose grout.  After 10 days of drying, the shower was ready to be re-grouted.  He brought several different colors of sealer so we could choose the color we wanted.  He sealed the shower floor grout and the bathroom floor grout.  Then he removed and re-caulked around our bathroom counter.  Everything looked like new.  He told us how to clean the shower and the floor to keep everything looking like new.  We are very happy with the way everything looks and would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"
