Had photos of old roof vs new roof where I can compare the quality of their work services . I like the way they presented during estimation showing the materials actual wood they are installing. "Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries."

He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Boundless provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, I'm a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."
