"John Everheart of Summit Drywall came in the same day I called to provide a thorough inspection and clearly explained the procedure to inspect behind the walled area for potential mold damage. John then worked up an itemized estimate for our review and approval. When we gave the green light, his crew came in the day after and finished the whole process (including finding a perfect match to our existing baseboards) in one day. We were lucky that there wasn't mold damage. He even asked for less than his orginal estimate because he said the job went faster than he expected! <br />"

"We had Guillermo come in on pretty short notice to patch a hole in our first floor ceiling caused by a water leak from our second floor. The ceiling was drywall screwed into the original lath and plaster above, and was a nasty mess after the water had soaked it. Guillermo did a fantastic job cutting away all the damaged drywall, installing a fresh panel, and smoothing everything over so well you couldn’t even tell there was damage. He also pulled out an attached shelf in a different room and patched that for painting, and touched up a few other spots so the paint job would be as good as it can be. He did fantastic work, was quick, kept everything clean, and was very reasonable. He also recommended a fantastic painter (Scott at Mastercraft Interiors). I would absolutely recommend Guillermo."

Mike Roman is extremely knowledgeable about design, material options, brand quality, plumbing, electricity, product sourcing, building codes, permits, etc. etc. etc. His company, Paladin Home, employs a meticulous hard-worker who focuses on detail, especially when installing floor and wall tiles. Because of his many years of experience, Mike is able to offer solid opinions and alternatives when needed. He has good communication skills and constantly kept us abreast of any issues and of his progress. When a problem (like a vendor error) arose, instead of getting frustrated or upset, Mike was there with good solutions. At the end of each work day he cleaned the areas where he worked. His even temperament and great sense of humor made the entire remodeling process a whole lot easier to manage."
