Shawn personally came out twice to assess my gutter replacement and tile roof repair needs. Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day. Before I had a chance to mention it the next morning, one of the crew was already on a ladder addressing the issue."

I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"
