"Excellent. Jeff & Rob repaired wall cracks (2 were doozy) & they painted the interior (ceiling, walls, trim& doors). The paint job wasn’t easy with a vaulted ceiling. They also replaced a very old, flimsy stair & loft railing. Their attention to detail was fantastic & my rooms & railing are so beautiful. I’ll always recommend them to friends & co-workers for any projects they may have & I’ll call them again for my next project."

"These jobs were done almost a year ago. The handymen sent was Tyler. Sanding the wood took the longest time - 4 hours almost with breaks for him. The varnish/paint that he suggested did not work out to be even close to the match and even after I called the office, there were no talks on re-doing the job. The 3 way switch - well he couldn't fix it inspite of spending tonnes of time on it. I can accept that not all electrical jobs can be done but then we shouldn't have been charged for a job undone. The sink - he struggled a lot with it and he was here till almost 8 pm! He struggled fitting the pipes etc and for a while there, we thought that, that was one job that was well done. Well, we were wrong. He botched up that as well since the sink leaks every now and then. So now we have to spend money on someone better to fix up a bad job done by him. We would never hire from this company again - especially given that we had to pay for all the jobs not well done at all."

"After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. We've owned several homes and had lots of painting done for us. Paul of Protect and Preserve is by far the best we've ever used! A written proposal was prepared before the work began; we signed off on the contract when the work was completed. "Thomas and John did a wonderful job cleaning our 70 year old slate foyer. It was dirty, dull and stained. The grout was filthy. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and several hours later we could barely believe our eyes! The foyer was gorgeous and restored to its original beauty. They also repaired a broken piece of marble on the hearth of our fireplace. (They are coming back to remove some acidic stains on that, as well.) They left everything neat & tidy after the job was complete. Thomas and John were true professionals....friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about slate/stone/marble. They explained the process, so there were no surprises. Cost of work was very fair. One more thing, and I think it's an important one - Thomas and John didn't smell like some service people that have been in our home -- no cigarette, marijuana or alcohol odors and not once did we hear any profanity. It was so refreshing. We will be using them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!"
