I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

"I was having problems with the toilet not flushing right and found out the tank was not pumped in 10 years. Called Barbosa and had it pumped and the lines cleaned out. Mike discussed some of the problems I might have and we decided to replace the old (cast iron ) lines as there was most likely a break in the line some where. he returned 2 days later ( right after New Year ) with a back hoe and dug up and replaced the old lines with PVC. there were a few obstacles with the job but he was Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed the whole way threw the process. by afternoon the job was completed and working great. he even fixed another smaller line that was a problem. the price he quoted was what he charged even with the extra work. "Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."
