"Very professional and did an excellent job. Stuart was great. I had to replace a hallway ceiling light and he showed me a recessed light he had with him which was nice so I went with that light. He also recommended that I replace the second hallway light and as it turned out it did need to be replaced. Older home with old lights. He even went to Home Depot to get the second light! I definitely will hire them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!!"

"Dan was a pleasure - he carried out the repairs and explained exactly what he was doing, and why the waste disposal was blocked. Dan also replaced the pump on the water heater, the water flows much better and we have hot water in all the necessary rooms. Excellent job and would recommend."

"Mr. Rooter re-piped my entire house in 2016 and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price ($5,000). In 2017, I called to have them replace bathroom fixtures at the tub and sink (I bought the fixtures, so it was labor only). The price they quoted me was $1,100. I found this estimate to be absolutely ridiculous. While I was pleased with the work they did for me in 2016, I was not willing to pay so much for a labor-only job that would take less than half a day."

"We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and were able to get Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out with no issues. Tom D was quick to get here, in horrible cold weather & slick roads, and was beyond professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, advised us of our choices and quickly got the repairs handled. Tom was delightful to work with, was very personable and awesome from start to finish. We'll definitely use this company again fir our next plumbing need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"The technician quickly determined that the pump wasn't working and replaced it."
