"It went great! I was freaking out a little. Its my first winter here, and I wasn't sure how long to wait to winterize the system. Suddenly, it got really cold and showed no signs of letting up, so I decided it was time to find someone ASAP. First call was to here, and I was a little nervous that he so casually took an appointment by phone, but he showed up on time, came in under his estimate ($60 estimate/$45 actual payment), and was very nice to my wife. I also mistakenly sent him a text message intended for my wife that was, awkwardly enough, about him. A lesser professional may have taken offense, but not him.
