I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen. We had 2 layers of shingle on top of a layer of shake which made a mess of our open attic garage, but they protected everything and cleaned it all up as though nothing happened. "Start to finish the entire roof replacement was about 2 days, which is impressive with how great it looks. Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have.
