"Rick came over and addressed each and every issue that had been raised by the other contractor. He said none of these concerns interfered with the safety or integrity of our roof, and explained everything in a way that a layperson such as me would understand. In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. I’m happy to recommend RC Roofing for anyone who needs to get an honest expert opinion."

"Overall, the job went very well. Aaron was the supervisor and was able to expedite my job to a window in his schedule that no other contractors were able to accommodate. There was a nice week between storms that he got his crew in to remove the old tiles, clean up, perform inspections and get the new materials installed. There was a minor glitch in the removal part of the job (a rain gutter was damaged), but Aaron handled it exceptionally. At the end of the job, I asked Aaron to take my phone camera onto the roof and take pictures, since I can't get up there myself to inspect. He provided excellent photos of all the critical areas of the roof, louvers, pipe outlets, etc. He even provided photos of the chimney stucco that shows extreme weather damage, so I can show them to the next (stucco) contractor for that upcoming job. Thanks Aaron."

"When I talked with Eric on the phone, I knew that I found " The Guy" for my roof issues. From that moment he did nothing but impressed the H--l of out of me . Impressive man ,leading an impressive team! I wished that they did more than roofs! Through Angi's list , I was lucky to find them. Hopefully ,if you are reading this review , please give Eric and this company a call. I am sure he will impress you the same way that he and his team impressed me. I was worried about one roof issue and Eric found six issues. Repaired all of them at a great price!! I thanked him then but I want to say again to him and his team : Thank You!!! Great Job ! The professionalism and empathy regarding my concerns , Thank you!! I wish that you guys did more than roof repair! If you are reading this review , you already know that this company is the one for you!"

"Purchased a tile roof tune-up deal here on Angie's List, needing to get some things addressed that the home inspector identified when we were buying the place in the Fall, and the tune-up seemed like a good way to kick that off. Tony, the owner of Great Western, came out to do the tune-up; his initial inspection confirmed what the home inspector's report had eluded to (home inspectors, generally, don't walk the roof as part of their inspection), as well as a few other things that needed attention, some more critical than others. He gave me an estimate for the things requiring the most immediate attention, along with an estimate for work that would get us that he was confident would deliver another 30+ years out of the already 30+ year-old cement tile roof (and it doesn't involve a new roof!) We scheduled the immediate repair work; he and his team arrived on the appointed day, and did an amazing job of installing metal flashing in place of the cracked mortar seals around the roof vents with metal flashings, replacing broken tiles, and fixing short-cuts taken by the original tract builder, etc. We'll definitely be using them to do the long-term roof rehab when Spring rolls around! TL;DR version - Tony and his staff are exactly what you want in any trade - consummate professionals who delivered high-quality work at a fair price."

"Initially we called Protecta Roofing to get our roof inspected. Even though we currently did not have leak issues we thought it wise to have the roof inspected as the ceramic tiles were close to 30 years old. Mario was prompt in responding and coming out to inspect. We were informed of 10 broken tiles. Our decision was to have the tiles replaced and power wash the roof to remove algae which included applying an organic sealant product. After a couple weeks of failed attempts to obtain an estimate from Mario I was in touch with Edith, the company sales manager. From then on the communication and process went smoothly. Edith and crew were a delight to work with. Her knowledge of the work to be done and concern for my satisfaction were impressive. In addition to repairing the broken tiles, our solar panels were cleaned along with painting the pipe flashings. Because everything looked so clean we decided to have Protecta power wash our driveway and side walkways, which are also cleaned with the organic algae solution. The work done was outstanding!"

"Last week I was talking with my daughter on the phone while she was driving. I told her I needed to find some one to repair our roof before the rain came again, and I did not know where to start. Suddenly, she said MOM there is a Roofing truck right in front of me! At that point, I knew they were the ones! Francisco Went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty and Repaired our Roof on a SUNDAY!! I am so grateful for the guys at Alvarez Roofing. That really meant a lot, seeing companies like yours who really care!"

"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors and family members, Overall, I would work with them in the future. Definitely"

"Leon from Crown Roofing was terrific to work with on my roof repair project. It was a relatively small tuneup and minor repair, but Leon took it just as seriously as a complete roof replacement. Great response, terrific communication and efficient completion of the work. Also, he did not try to oversell me on the project. He ultimately gave me two different ways to address the repair. I would use Crown Roofing again and I would recommend them to my friends."

"Explained what was needed. Repair was done on budget and well. Rain storm was forecast and they were able to the roof repair faster than the originally promised. Cleaned up and showed me pictures of the repaired area before and after. Highly recommend."
