"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. "We hired Jesus to tear out and replace two large concrete patios, remove a large block retaining wall and replace it worth a masonry wall, brick veneer and stone caps as well as remove and replace landscape materials. DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. I recommended DL to my daughter last year and they did a huge patio for her and did a fantastic job there too! *** This is why I hired them a few weeks ago to do mine, honestly if you want the job done efficiently and correctly you should hire them or take your chances going elsewhere and then call Giovanni to come fix the mess the other company does for you! "Once again, Gabriel and his crew did a great job! This summer a large tree fell on our old detached brick garage. When they came to replace the roof it was discovered that the garage was to severely compromised and it started to collapse. So they tore it down and did a complete rebuild in cinder block with a nice stucco finish to match our house. Poured a new floor, installed a new door and opener, and even replaced a wood fence that had been damaged. These guys can do it all. Done within a few weeks at a reasonable price.
