Dont need a headache for pool service. Also what is with the contract? Let the quality of work , or in this case lack of, be your job security. Trying to lock people into a legally binding contract for pool service should have been the red flag I needed to choose a different company. Stand on the quality of work not locking people into a contract."

"I have a pool that had not been maintained, and I was having a hard time finding someone to restore it. I had decided to have it filled in, as no one wanted to take it on. It did look like a toxic mess - I kept waiting for the monster from the black lagoon to rise out of the mess. Then I got a flyer in the mail from The Pooligans LLC, and I called their them. Nick returned my call within 2 hours, and showed up the next morning to assess the pool. He explained what needed to be done, and what it would cost, and gave me a rate for weekly maintenance. Nick completely restored the pool, fixed everything that was going wrong and needed fixing, and every single week cleaned the pool. It was sparkling and beautiful all the time. Nick is responsible, reliable, courteous, dependable and extremely knowledgeable. It was devastating when he moved away. He's the best! I recommend Nick without reservation!"

Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else. So when David came by and said only him and his sons would be building the deck--he had my attention. Suffice to say, our high expectations were exceeded. David and his sons took their time, were very detail oriented, always friendly/cordial/respectful. The build is very high quality, and the pictures speak for themselves.
