"Contacted DPI and spoke with Robert Owner/Manager. He asked me to describe the work which was to adjust two doors foe deadbolts and remove/replace one 10 foot downspout. He said they could do it and asked how soon I wanted it done. I said 2 weeks--he said, how about today, I said I'll be available at 2 PM, he said the crew will be there at 2 PM. The crew showed at exactly 2 PM, I showed them the work and they started immediately. An hour and 15 minutes later, they finished and were driving away.
