"T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing."

"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"I am still impressed with how our roof came out and the high quality of workmanship. We had a couple hail storms that ripped through our neighborhood. Getting a roofer to even return a call was a challenge. Greg was responsive when I reached out and willing to answer any questions I had. It is almost embarrassing to compare my neighbors roof, that was just replaced, next to mine. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very apparent throughout the neighborhood, I have the best roof on the block. Greg is knowledgeable and experienced in his trade and was on the job at least 2 or 3 times a day to ensure that the crew was on point. The crew was very respectful of my property and fantastic cleanup as this is a messy project. He has great followup and came out to do another walk through to ensure all my expectations were being met. He also is accommodating with my budget. Make sure what needed done, got done, with no extra charges. We are completely satisfied with the job he did for us. My son also used Gregory for his roof and again, Greg did an outstanding job.
