John Christensan the sales man called within 24 hours to schedule a measurement and estimate. After the initial discussion John had a good idea what we were looking for and had some plans drawn up. we made some small adjustments to the plans picked our wood and stain and had the cabinets built. It was a four week process to have the cabinets made. When the cabinets were done we scheduled an installation time. The installers were right on time, were professsional, and took care not to make a mess. We had some issues with the doors not closing and they were very quick to respond and fixed our complaints in a very timely manner"
