"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

I made the mistake of trying to get my home warranty company to do the work without ripping me off. I called County Wide after being ripped off by Rite Temp. As soon as i got a hold of Rodney he told me what Rite Temp was telling me was all wrong and did not sound like what I needed. He came out looked at my coils and said they are not very dirty at all an they did not need to be pulled out to be cleaned. He then Sprayed a can of coil AC cleaner on and was done . The whole thing took LESS THAN 30 mins and I was charged a total of $100. Ac work wonderfully now. I will be calling County Wide now on!!!"
