"There is not really a good category to chose from, but we hired Ochoa construction to spruce up the exterior of our home. They power washed our fence and siding and repaired the trim of our home and painted it. They also repaired a door and painted it and painted the garage door. Excellent service and at a great price. Would definitely hire them again"

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

I pride myself in being professional in my industry but they put me to shame in how incredibly helpful, flexible, and kind they are. I started demolition on my bathroom walls in my older house, with the expectation that another drywall professional was going to come and complete the project a few days later. That person called and cancelled on me (pushed me back 6 weeks) and I was left with a torn apart bathroom. I called 5 local professionals and everyone said it would be 6-8 weeks.
