Because of the cold weather there was an area of the door that need some another coat, the team came back out took additional measures to make sure the weather wouldn’t affect the job and it came out perfect. "There is not really a good category to chose from, but we hired Ochoa construction to spruce up the exterior of our home. They power washed our fence and siding and repaired the trim of our home and painted it. They also repaired a door and painted it and painted the garage door. Excellent service and at a great price. "It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."
