"I’ve used them ever since. I’ve been using them for two years now. They come out every two weeks. Sometimes they are busy on Mondays. I don’t have a weekend schedule because sometimes their weekend is so full. Everybody wants to have their lawn done on Fridays. So, Mondays are fine. They are always prompt. They’ve never missed a mow. They’re polite. When I do see them, they would say “Hi.” They are really quick. He’s in and out here for like 15 minutes. I wouldn’t say I have an expensive yard."

"Juan showed up promptly on Friday for the estimate. He looked everything over and made several suggestions on how to
improve my water usage etc.. I suggested that for now we just get everything cleaned up and trimmed properly so we could start fresh and see what we wanted to keep and what would be changed. He gave me an estimate and said he would try and do it in one day if possible and could start Friday if I wished. He showed up Friday morning at 7:30 AM with three helpers and they went to work with an obvious plan. About 2:00 PM two more of his workers appeared and everyone seemed to know what to do, no time wasted. By 4:30 they were finished and an amazing amount of work had been done and all debris removed. All of Juan's crew were courteous, and respectful of my property. His workers were equipped with the professional tools they needed and never ask to borrow or use any of mine. I was so impressed by them all I hired them for regular service. I highly recommend this company.

"The initial work done in the fall of 2012 was great - it was completed on time and of good quality.  I called again in March of this year (2013) to ask if they would put barriers around the backyard trees.  They did that.  These did not turn out to be an an optimal solution, so I called again to ask if they would install another type of barrier around the new trees.  Up to this point I had no complaints, and the quality of their work had been very good. I always paid them promptly and in full.
However, they did not call me or the tenant to arrange for a new type of barrier to be put in, in spite of my repeated requests. Maybe they thought this job was too small to bother with, I don't know.   But if they were unable to do it, they should have said so up front so I could get somebody else. 
Bottom line:  initial work is good, follow up is lousy, if you want anything after-the-fact, they are unresponsive.

"First off: If you are thinking about hiring a company for Landscaping, definitely hire King's Landscape and Maintenance for your job. We obtained several estimates for our patio remodel. We decided to hire King's, because we liked Luis and his ideas. We definitely are glad we did. The workers said they would arrive at 7 am, and each time they arrived at the time they told us. The job site was kept clean as possible, and safety was always a consideration. We strongly felt they cared for our property exactly as we do. We love the job they did, and our patio is now an extension of our house. It is very inviting, and peaceful. Thank you Luis and crew! PS ... The dirt line around the patio is where the ground was elevated way too high. Our association will be painting the line, and for now, we just ignore it due to the beauty of the patio!"
