"I had some projects like repair cedar boards on deck, wash desk, and sand deck. Also replace facsia on house, remove rotted 4x6 cedar functioning as a retaining wall, replace some fence posts, and tear down and remove a gazebo. Eliberto reviewed the work and gave me a detailed estimate and began work within a week. Within four days he had completed the projects. He did an excellent job working efficiently but carefully and if any issues came up(like rotting lumber beyond scope of estimate) we discussed the problems and came up with a solution and then implemented it. I will certainly be calling on him for any future work I have. It was a good experience to work with him and his crew and I highly recommend him."

"Earlier this year we had a few leaks coming into our home. Our roof was less then 5 years old we tried contacting original contractor to come out but they went out of business obviously. "Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"
