When necessary he will subcontract plumbing, electrical or drywall work, but all work will be carefully supervised. Quality control is his utmost priority. Remodeling is stressful for homeowners. There is dust, noise, change in daily routines and invasion of privacy. Ben will make all efforts to keep disruptions to a minimum.
