"They were on top of it called me. Asked me if a certain day was good I told them could we change to a day I had off they said of course. Carpet guys were also great. They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. All 3 of those guys came out didn't mess around got job done 1 day and it was alot."

"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "We hired JP to repair our backyard fence and and build a new gate; which had weathered over the years and was falling apart. He recommended relaxing the whole fence, he was right, but we just couldn’t afford all of it right now so he did what we wanted! He promptly replied and got us on his schedule. Upon arrival he was professional, relatable, and passionate about his wide range of services. We got to know him over the few days, and can tell how much he loves his family and why he works so hard! I highly recommend JP and Altitude, we trust him, plus his ability to pretty much do anything is impressive. We also love supporting small local businesses, and are handing his cards out to friends and family. He will be coming back to finish the whole fence, and anything else we need. It’s l been hard to find a reliable handyman, so we’re very happy we found him! "

"We had to repair a scratch on the floor that was pretty deep and ran against the grelain of the wood. Jonathan did an excellent job, sanding it down and applying the top coat, it blendied iin well. The Sheen was not quite right for the first try and they came back promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend this company."
