"Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."

I have given this person the benefit of trying to fix it (keeping it away from his employer/insurance and driving record) but he continues to flake out. I have now contacted Power Lifts home base in Texas and they are wanting me to deal directly with the kid who hit my son's car to begin with --- how does any of that make sense? No - that time has expired as I've been too nice and beyond patient up to this point as the car is non-driveable. When you employ someone and they drive your company's vehicles you now become reliable for their actions and damages. It definitely would make me hesitant to ever use a company like this who passes the buck to their employees."
