"Outstanding! After getting several different estimates, I decided to go with Irwin for my project. Mike was prompt with all calls and providing a fair estimate. More importantly, he was great at explaining the work he would need to do and was clearly knowledgeable about the process. His estimate was significantly less then other quotes yet, I was convinced, the work was the same. Mike was no-nonsense in explaining what he would need to do, prompt with all calls, and right on time the day of the job. On job day, I quickly realized this was a family business when Mike introduced me to his two sons reinforcing, I had made the right choice! All three were knowledgeable, polite, and informative sharing the overall process with me. It was clear to me they knew what they were doing, each had their own roles, and they worked together like a fine oiled machine!
