"This was a complete landscape redo for our residence. The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

"Install It Direct just replaced all the concrete around my house - driveway, walkways, back patio - and I couldnâ t be happier! The product itself is simply beautiful. Ever since the installation I actually have neighbors walking over and telling me how beautiful everything looks! But just as important was the team at Install It Direct. Chris was my design consultant and project manager. He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the process and gave me multiple design options while working with my budget. No detail was too small for him and he patiently laid out multiple designs for me to pick from. As a design consultant and then project manager, I couldnâ t have asked for anybody more responsive and professional. The crew itself was also great! Nicholas was the foreman and kept the project on track, even finishing a couple of days earlier than planned. And last but definitely not least, the work crew was exceptional. They were here early every day, worked hard and cleaned up every day; even going to the extent of blowing the dust off of the neighborâ s car! These guys were skilled, fast, and stayed focused on what they needed to get done every day. And did I also say how beautiful the end product is?"

"Juan and his team work incredibly efficiently. They get the job done on time or ahead of schedule. If something doesn’t seem right, they fix it no questions asked. There are certainly areas of needed improvement, but I would definitely hire them again. Areas for improvement are: Cleanliness: I expect the job site to be cleaned up at the end of each day. We have young kids and unfortunately a lot of trash and sharp tools (such as razor blades) were left about the job site every day. Quality: While they would fix things that were pointed out, the finish work or craftsmanship lacks finesse. Things like turf edging, walls, and pathways not being straight. Something I’m frankly surprised was so prevalent even after I expressed the importance of this on multiple occasions. Ground cover installed very thin so weed barrier still shows through in many places. I’m grateful for all the hard work and I would encourage the above points to be improved to strengthen the business and quality."

"Working with Emily and the team from SD Premier Outdoor was a wonderful experience especially as a first-time homebuyer. We wanted pavers for our small patio and Emily talked me through every step and even offered options to take the cost down into our budget. She was really honest and upfront about costs and timing. What wowed me was how she helped me with the paperwork for our HOA and advised us on the best options to increase our property value. When it came time to install, the people who came out were kind, informative and professional. It was all done efficiently and to code and looks beautiful! We have neighbors coming by complimenting how nice they look. Even months after the work was done, a valve burst in HOA-controlled landscaping causing some light flooding that seeped in from under our pavers.
