He responded quickly to our request for an estimate; there was some delay in the order that was beyond his control and some delay in installation but it was definitely a discretionary project. He did an excellent job on installing an upper story window with less cost than another contractor. I don't have experience on how he would be in an urgent situation but will definitely use his services in the future.
