"All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof."

"Without hesitation, we recommend Len Gibley Contracting. Three years ago, we hired them to replace our roof and were very satisfied with the work, price, cleanliness, and timeliness. So, when it came to our siding and window renovation, we included them in the bidding process. Brian Dobbins was very responsive from start to finish. During the bidding process for Hardie Siding, Andersen Windows, gutters, and porch and deck repairs, Brian listened well, offered solid solutions, and gave us a competitive and detailed proposal. During the renovation, he was there to answer questions and solve problems. Brian's professional and hardworking crew showed up daily through completion. They finished on time and budget with no surprises. We are thrilled with the quality of the materials and installation, and we're glad we made a significant investment with Len Gibley Contracting. Thank you, Len Gibley - Our house looks brand new!"

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. Everything was done as expected and I am very happy with my new roofs, I can now proceed to remodel the back porch."

"We had a project to repair a leak on a small Copper and Rubber roof. We started by looking at Angie's list to find roofers in the Watertown area and immediately Capital construction lept to the top. Their reviews were literally through the roof. I can also say that our own experience with them met and surpassed the reviews I had read. When I called, they immediately answered and were able to come out and assess the situation within 2 days. I met with Jude and Dave and I found them to be knowledgable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. We got a quote at that point and went ahead with scheduling the project. The whole team at Capital Construction kept us informed on the status and when they could come out to repair the roof. They worked with me to find a good date/time. Their customer communication is world class. They performed the repairs, cleaned up the site, and we could not be happier with the results. We would definitely recommend Capital Construction to anyone with a roofing or any home project."

"Did you ever hire a contractor and wish they could complete ALL the work on your house because of the integrity of the company, the quality and pride of workmanship, the attention to detail, and the excellent overall customer experience? This was the case when we hired Solid State Construction to completely replace all the roofing on our 1875 home, install a new gutter system properly and design and build a stunning new front porch! The Solid State workers arrived early, stayed late and endured wind and freezing temperatures throughout the winter months to complete the projects! I highly recommend this company and team of workers to complete all your exterior construction!"
