After we agreed on what work was included and settled on the price, he offered a number of extra items at no charge (I only covered the cost of materials), minor repairs, cleaning the roof and the gutters, painting the drain pipes, the gutters, the shutters, lighting fixtures and the foundation, getting a pair of replacement shutters.
