"Had a 8-10 week backlog due to pandemic, but finally got the work scheduled. Showed up on time. Reviewed scope of work and got to work straight away. I added several windows on back & side of house to be painted & caulked. Add-on work was rather expensive relative to initial proposal, but the windows are on upper floor. Work was good overall. On close inspection, some prep work could have been done better. One extra request to apply mullion tape to the seams of several double windows was only completed on one window, and the old tape was not completely removed, leaving the mullion seam looking poor. Skipping the other windows may have been the result of miscommunication on my part. Other work was done well. Clean-up was good."

"I recently had Just Us Girls here to paint all of my interior rooms, along with built-in shelving in my living room. Once again, they hit a home run. I can't tell you how happy I am with their work. Deb, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about paint colors and helped me choose shades that would work well in the natural light each room provided. I wasn't disappointed -- it turned out better than I'd hoped. I was nervous about the built-ins, but Deb used a high gloss bright white, and the built-ins are now the room's focus. The best thing about Just Us Girls is that they have enough girls to knock out the job quickly, so you're not living in limbo for weeks. When done, they cleaned up thoroughly -- no messes to clean up after (unlike a former painter I used years ago that cleaned his brushes in my new stainless steel sink and left paint drips on my hardwood floor!). Lastly, their prices are fair, reasonable, and they'll likely beat any other bids you get. Believe me, you can't go wrong with Just Us Girls."

They paid exceptional attention to detail and in the few cases where I brought something to their attention, there was never an issue with rectifying it. Like most homeowners, I hire a fair number of contractors to fix issues and maintain my home in any given year, and I've had experiences ranging from having to sue a contractor for damage done to my home to this one which is undoubtedly the best experience that I've had with a contractor in a very long time - if not ever. Given the experience that I had, it would be easy to assume that the price that we paid was probably high. However, of the 3 estimates that we received, we received the best price from Fresh Coat of Media and they beat the other estimates by ~$1,500. Fresh Coat Painters of Media are fair, honest, patient, responsive and overall committed to a positive customer service experience. I don't know that I've ever found all of those qualities in one contractor and would highly recommend them."
