"Initial difficulty with McFarland's website (couldn't send message through "contact us") but I received a very courteous telephone response to my email within a few days.  An appointment with Sean was set up within 2 days.  Sean arrived on time and we discussed all the the work that needed doing.  He was professional and courteous and supplied me with an estimate on the spot.  The actual work was performed 3 days later and the yard looks great!  <br /> <br /> The only complaint I have is that the poison ivy in the back yard was not taken care of on the day the work was done.  Upon receipt of the invoice, I called Sean and explained that the poison ivy was still there.  Apparently the crew had run out of (kill) spray on the day they performed the work.  But Sean made sure someone came back to spray to kill the poison ivy, so the job is now completed to our satisfaction."
