Garage included insulation and drywalling the attic area and the walls, and a new concrete floor. The only thing Scott didn't do was replace the garage doors. But he advised and talked with the installers I hired for that work. Scott was great at going through each project, asking and listening to what I wanted, and then describing what each project would entail and the plan to complete each one. Darkstar Construction is an incredible company and Scott is very easy going and a delight to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone needing literally anything done around their home or yard!"

"We had three very competitive bids including Classic Pro. We were impressed with the details that were covered in the bid, so that many of our concerns were addressed up front. Then Dave Friesen was conscientious about following up and answering the questions we had, e.g., how much attention would be paid to prep, paint quality (we ended up using Benjamin Moore, which Dave felt was the best), timing, care about landscaping, etc. We were so confident in Dave that we picked the main color and asked him to choose the trim and detail--he made wonderful suggestions that we approved. "The provider called me immediately upon my purchase .  It was an Angies Deal with some additional services such as the deck. He came out to inspect the house and provide an overall estimate.  He then was able to fit me in within a week.
The workers were very thorough in their prep...showed me areas that needed work and then took care of everything.
They cleaned up everything afterwards and even raked up some yard waste.  My place looks great,  A wonderful experience all in all."

"Everything was done on time and as agreed.  There were no surprises.  What was explained to me as to how the job would progress happened just as described.  The dirt was removed, the wall was cleaned & a skim coat of cement put on, then waterproofed, a french drain was installed and then backfilled.
The only recommendation I have for improvement, and why I put a 'B' on professionalism, is that some cleanup could have been done a little earlier than it was.  Everything was cleaned completely at the end of the job, but during the job drink containers and other nonconstruction debris were lying around the work area.  This didn't bother me too much but my wife wishes that at least before a weekend things could have been cleaned up a bit more.
Working with Q was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again."
