My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."
