"This company did a great job for us. They removed old city sidewalks and replaced them with new, plus added a sloped section to our back yard walk leading to our garage. They showed up on time, completed their work in the amount of time expected +/- 4 hours. Pricing was very competitive based on 3 bids we received prior to starting the project. Patrick and his sons Marion and Benjamin were very professional, and took care not to damage our yard any more than absolutely necessary. During the work prep several sprinkler lines were damaged and they immediately repaired them even though their written contract excluded that requirement. They are honest and courteous and we are very glad we hired this local family owned business. They are the "real deal"."

"We would not recommend Daniel Semeacov and Andrei Pashuk of CustomSunroom LLC. They proved themselves to be woefully incapable. We had a ridiculous number of problems dealing with them. 1. The contract ran 6.5 months late and still was not complete because they would not finish. 2. Over 75-80% of the time they were not on site to manage the project. 3. They caused so many construction errors (concrete and other structural), resulting in unwanted changes and over $10k in problems, that we went to court. The court process resulted in the court keeping us from posting a bad review and giving us 2 options; either we hold them in Contempt of Court for not following the court orders to complete the work but have to allow them fix the damage, or walk away with a small amount of money. They are such a bad company that we chose to walk away. They will never apologize, and they will blame you for their mistakes. If you want it done right, do not hire them. "

Even though he was so busy and couldn't get to us right away, he was always responsive and kept us in the loop. He cleaned everything up so nicely that you'd have thought it was always that way. "The company used the wrong color of concrete. The owner and employee argued in front of us when they tried charge us more for the wrong color and discovered they screwed up. When we hired them, they ensured us they would "walk us through the process" that they'd be there the day it was poured. Neither were there or would pick up the phone when we were questioning the color. Larry said to wait 28 days to see the actual color and at that time he would come out and seal it a couple of different ways to try to fix the color. He says he is a Christian, that he is very ill and he needed to get money to pay his guys - (con artist) so we paid him a large portion of the bill with his promise that he would be back to fix the job. Well he is not answering emails and we have never been able to get him on the phone or leave a message because his voicemail is full (of irate customers I am sure). If I had looked at the YELP reviews beforehand I wouldn't have hired him. Please do yourself a favor and if you happen to run across this company- don't use them. I am sure he is close to being out of business and he could end up taking your money like he did ours. Three years saving for this and it's wrong and incomplete. I am so disappointed in this fellow human."
