"From beginning to end, all aspects were handled at the highest professional level. Scott worked with us to develop aestheticly beautiful and functional closet organizers within our budget. The workers were highly skilled, thoughtful and talented. The materials used for our closets were several steps up from the "Box Store" options. We now have three amazing closets."

"We had pretty extensive damage to grout and caulking in our master bathroom shower and were considering a complete re-tile. Before we committed to such a costly and long project, we requested a grout repair evaluation from the Grout Medic. Bruce, from the Grout Medic, provided a quick and easy consultation and upfront pricing appraisal. We proceeded with the Grout Medic and are extremely happy with the results. Bruce replaced the broken grout with a new hybrid material that is better suited for this particular implementation, cleaned the grout, sealed the grout and replaced all the caulking. Now, 94 days later, the shower still looks brand new; all for a fraction of the price a re-tile would have cost. Bruce and Andrea were a pleasure to work with. We will happily return to them should we need any further tile grout and caulking work."

"M&E ruined our brand new and very expensive deck because of the inferior product they recommended as a "stain". Within months the product began bubbling, cracking, and peeling. And the stain job was never right from day one...M&E and their workers seemed puzzled by how many coats it took to complete the job, which took longer than expected, and still there remained some areas that were unevenly stained. And, no prep work whatsoever (sanding etc.) was done. Then the cracking began, and now the stain even brushes off with the simple sweep of a broom. It is clear that the wood was not stained, but more like painted. We located a detailed evaluation of this product which concluded "Benjamin Moore’s Arborcoat is prone to peeling in cold weather states...and did not perform well on a newly built deck". It was also stated that within months "the Arborcoat had peeled significantly on the brand-new pine deck. Patches of the finish had peeled off the wood in strips. You could peel back large sections of stain with your fingers. The product did not seem to have penetrated into the wood at all." M&E initially responded by coming back on two separate occasions to paint over the areas that had peeled away, which was completely ineffective and did nothing to prevent future deterioration. M&E offered to come out a third time, which we initially declined. As matters continued to worsen, we contacted M&E once more, upon which they responded "You left this issue to get worse and not be addressed when we were willing to address it, and due to this, that issue is now between you and the manufacturer". M&E, I'm sure if you had come out a third time, our problems would be magically solved? So I guess it's our fault now. We trusted M&E to recommend the right product for the job, based on their experience, but they failed, and now we will have to pay another company thousands more $$ to refinish the deck using a suitable stain, since M&E has not offered to do so. Or, maybe I should be thanking M&E for going beyond the call of duty to come up and paint over a few cracked spots, since they do not warranty decks. Lesson learned and buyer beware! FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Estes Park, CO

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
