"By Jan of 2012, quite a bit of caulking had shrunken, between the pieces of siding - where the narrow ends meet. <br /> I contacted Cowboy Jim who said that he purchased caulking and would rectify the issue. <br /> It's now May of 2012 and no warranty work has been performed. <br /> We had a very mild winter and this work could have been completed in Jan or Feb. It's May and still no sign of the 2 year warranty."

"The project went well. The fence seems to be built extremely sturdy. We ran into a few problems with the neighborhood developer installing a french drain along our property line, where the fence was supposed to be installed. Jon worked worked with us and the crew reference the french drain. The fence install was delayed a bit, but not due to Jon or his crew; he was actually quite accommodating. Would hire again."
