In June 2019 a GreenPoint Roofing team replaced my roof due to hail damage. With never having to have my roof replaced before, I was unsure and somewhat apprehensive of what to expect. After my roof was installed, the crew did a superb job in nail pickup and overall cleanup. "Overall I was quite happy with this work. Logan was very responsive and we worked out scheduling no problem. They didn't push any thing in particular but responded to my questions and we worked out what we wanted to do with a ridge vent vs. replacing the current vents or using a powered vent.  Price seemed a little better than other vendors. Workers were experienced. Metal trim was delivered to my beforehand so I could paint to match our house trim. There was some damage on one part of the roof where there was just a small place to work. A repairman was dispatched who did a nice job replacing the trim and painting it to match. <br />"

"<p>Affordable Roofing inspected our roof, arranged by our realtor as a pre-sale precaution.  A few minor issues were found, nothing serious.  Our buyer's inspector found the same issues but our buyer did not require them to be fixed as a condition of the home sale.</p> <p>We decided to go ahead and fix the issues as a courtesy to the buyers.  We had to ask Affordable twice for an estimate and waited almost a week to get the estimate.  We called Affordable at least three times to schedule the service and the last time we were told they would call us back to schedule the work.  I guess our $350 job was not big enough for them...they never called us back to schedule the service.</p> <p>The sadder part is we are a repeat customer of Affordable.</p> <p>8/15 Update -  We received a bill in the mail for the requested work.  Affordable did not call and schedule for the work to be performed, they just came out and did it.  I check the work and it was acceptable.  Still very disappointed in their lack of communication.</p>"

"The company representative called before coming to give an estimate. I was given a contract with the cost of tearing off the existing layers, approximate time that the project would take, and contact numbers for the project manager and company office. <br /> The workman came on time on the date that was given to me. The workman were very polite. Because there were four layers of old roofing material to be removed, it took longer than just the one day to put on the new roof, but the workman kept me informed and completed the project the next day. They did a great job of cleaning up all of the debris, The project foreman came to look over everything the next morning and made arrangements for the city inspector to come out and approve the roof for the City and County of Denver. The roof passed inspection and my husband and I are very pleased. <br />"
