Not only did he make sure inspections were done properly, and thoroughly by the insurance company, but he also personally made sure they covered all the required work that needed to be done. When the began, Red Diamond was also right n time with material delivery, removal of the old roof and installation of the new. When the work was done, I was amazed at the care they took in cleanup making sure my kids and pets were safe from any hidden material that would have remained."

"Roof from entire structure was removed and new roof was installed. Garage never had vents, so 3 new vents were added to garage and 4 vents added to roof. New gutters were installed as were new down spouts. We had class IV shingles installed."

"I am happy with the roof, but did have several issues that will cause me to get other quotes before going with Premier in the future. I didn't get any quotes from anyone else. Matt Watkins, my rep (invoice #1726533) was very friendly and sold me without doing any other research. He actually ran from a neighbors house on a HOT day, to get up on the roof with my insurance adjuster to point out damage to get me the most he could. He also walked around the house and pointed out damage to other items not roof related! My issues were that the material delivery crew left a LOT of cigarette buds at the end of my driveway and I had to clean them up. The install crew cleaned up nicely and I still haven't found any nails from the removal of the old roof or the install of the new one. I also didn't like that I had asked if I could pay with my credit card and I was told I could. When I got my insurance check I paid my credit card bill with it and then planned on putting the roof back on my credit card. When the bill was due, I was told I could only put 10% on my card. I wasn't ready for that and had to move some money around to pay the roof off. They did get the roof installed quickly. After everything was done and my finances have caught up, I am overall happy with the roof and how it looks. Shane Mickelson"

"Scott's Roofing was awesome! The project manager/consultant was extremely organized and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing and dealing with the insurance company, so professional and considerate. No nonsense, fixed issues that other roofing companies prior to them had not addressed. Listened to us and gave solutions to concerns long before any work was started. The roofers were excellent as well. They were so methodical in their processes that they had our roof done in 2 days while everyone else in our neighborhood was putting up with 1-3 weeks for replacement roofs. When they removed the damaged roof, they brought piles to the front of the house where the dumpster was and threw everything in there instead of dropping roofing all over the yard and then having to go pick it up and put it in the dumpster, thus saving time and not creating messes. Brilliant! Left NO messes whatsoever in our yard. The finished roof was excellent."

"My experience with Artisan was entirely positive from start to finish. <br /> I first contacted Artisan when their office was closed and left a message. They (Val Jensen) returned my call promptly. It was difficult to describe the geometry of my roof and I wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done. Val and I discussed the problems I was having and scheduled an appointment to assess my roof problems and repairs. Sean arrived on time and inspected the problem area of my roof. He then came down and showed me pictures he had taken and made recommendations on repairs. He gave me an estimate and I had the repairs made right away. <br /> It's rained several times since the repairs and my problem with the roof is history. <br /> I also asked Sean to look at the rest of the roof and he corrected several other problems before they caused damage. <br /> Everyone at Artisan was extremely courteous and competent.
