"Tyler from Greenpoint Roofing has managed all of our roofing contracting needs, along with handling our insurance company as well! He worked with us since the very beginning and has stuck with us until even after the roof was installed. Our insurance company was really digging in their heels not to have to pay for painting our house. However, Tyler stuck with it and continued to provide the insurance adjuster photos and estimates from multiple painting companies, in support of our claim. The insurance company finally paid for house painting due to Tyler's diligence and follow through. We decided to go with Greenpoint because we had received stellar reviews from a neighbor, plus there are all A++ ratings and reviews online. We did our homework: checking out reviews online, researching the type of superior roofing materials Greenpoint uses, and so on. The project manager/consultant was extremely organized and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing and dealing with the insurance company, so professional and considerate. No nonsense, fixed issues that other roofing companies prior to them had not addressed. Listened to us and gave solutions to concerns long before any work was started. The roofers were excellent as well. They were so methodical in their processes that they had our roof done in 2 days while everyone else in our neighborhood was putting up with 1-3 weeks for replacement roofs. When they removed the damaged roof, they brought piles to the front of the house where the dumpster was and threw everything in there instead of dropping roofing all over the yard and then having to go pick it up and put it in the dumpster, thus saving time and not creating messes. Brilliant! Left NO messes whatsoever in our yard. The finished roof was excellent."

"When I called Artisan they were not able to schedule job until late August. Later they were able to reschedule to August 12th. We set a 2:30 schedule for that day. Sean was able to come earlier and called to see if he could come ahead of time. I was really happy with that change. He did the work and was done within an hour. He charged me a reasonable amount. I wish that every contractor would behave in sure a professional manner. Outstanding. I will definitely use him again. When I need to replace my roof I plan to use Artisan! <br />"
