"They were late and wanted to reschedule. They cleaned the chimney with a wire brush extension and spent more time trying to get me to pay more for the fireplace to be cleaned for 25 dollars more . Then they tried to sell me air duct cleaning , telling me my vents were dirty. They didn't even look at them. They gave me no written inspection and didn't inspect it either. They cleaned up afterwards . You get what you paid."

I have purchased it several times.  Yes, it is expensive for the 16 oz concentrate but I love it for my carpet.

I have 2 Pomeranians and they have accidents.  I make up a solution for spot treating and we use the

OdorXit in our carpet cleaner.  It makes the carpet small very clean and fresh.  I highly recommend this

product.  Yes, I have searched on line for ones that cost less but I feel the need to spend more for the

results,  so I budget for the added cost.    Thanks folks!!  You have a great product.

"At 5 a.m. this morning we woke up to find that our dog had become sick overnight.  She had developed bloody diarrhea and had gone all over our house; in multiple rooms.  After spending several hours in the doggie ER and at our local vet, we finally came home.  It looked like a crime scene to us.  On our way home, we stopped and purchased carpet spot treater and cleaner for our Bissell carpet cleaner.  We used the entire bottle of spot treater and then let it set for an hour, according to directions.  
I then pulled out our carpet cleaner and attempted to clean the multiple areas.  However, my carpet cleaner couldn't touch the spots.  It barely worked at all.  So, we called Doug's Carpet Cleaning.  Talk about responsiveness, they were here in less than an hour!  We thought maybe we had made it worse by trying to treat it on our own.  They assured us that we hadn't.  They cleaned multiple spots/areas in multiple locations.  In addition, they cleaned our steps.  They quoted us a price of $343 and they held true to their estimate.
Not only did they get out all the bloody dog droppings, they also managed to pull out several stains that had been set for a couple years.  The carpet, in spite of being over 10 years old in the basement, now looks almost brand new.
They were extremely professional and easy-going and knowledgeable.  And, they guarantee their work.
