I’ve been in the business for 20 years doing residential and commercial projects. I worked as a subcontractor for Lowe’s for 5 years doing all their residential remodeling work, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. I am 2 time certified in Schluter products and installation. I do custom tile work such as showers, floors, backsplash’s, etc. I also do hardwood flooring as well as LVP. "Cobalt save our rear ends by getting our insurance company to pay for the work.  This is after 3 other roofers looked at it.    So we paid our 1,000 deductible and that was basically it for the roof.  Had some cosmetic repairs done out of pocket.  
He David Francis, co-owner, also got insurance company to pay for leak damage in one of the bedrooms.   Cobalt has been around a while.  Their crew works hard long hours.  You will have 6-10 people working to get the job done fast.   
also, on our other house we have had some leaking issues with the chimney.   He got that fixed too!!!   
I mentioned 4 grand because we then had the house repainted by Cobalt.  It looks amazing!!  And they didnt paint the windows shut like the last painter.

"Like many contractors, this company stays busy. My complaints are underestimating project times, difficulty communicating with the owner, and having to send back material because it wasn't what I ordered. I did get the right material after arguing with Edmon but Chris (project lead) made sure it was corrected. It caused delays. My remodel was estimated to be completed in two weeks by the owner and it actually took six weeks. We enjoyed the crew but had to ensure they were doing the work correctly. Minor mistakes that we corrected but again, causing delays. I would recommend Setom but advise to double the estimated completion time and allow for budget overages because you will have change orders. Overall though I am pleased with the results and the costs were not execessive."
