"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Wonderfully. They were responsive to the needs as they went a long--putting a membrane on instead of torch down, replacing rotten wood discovered under the old roof, replaced one side piece on the porch. They did 3 roofs in 5 days and cleaned the area up totally. We would hire them again in a heartbeat."
