However, we finally talked to Billy,the owner, and were able to work out all details. The project was started 2 days later, there was an issue with sod, but that was handled well and communicated. Despite several scheduling delays (they started on April 26 instead of the 24th and wrapped up May 1), their communication was prompt and professional although there were issues with them arriving several hours after the expected time.
